Had a wonderful Earth Day! It was a nice sunny day today and I had my friend Gina over to celebrate it with me. I made egg salad sandwiches, salad, and threw in a few strawberries for something sweet! It was very yummy and relaxing to eat outside. I had a pitcher of green iced tea and a pitcher of cucumber water for options, we enjoyed both. Good company, good times. We are about to go on a walk and then have some dessert when we get back.
