Panko





Tonight I made panko crusted tilapia, pearl rice cooked with chicken broth and garlic, and a garden salad. I used a Tuscan vinaigrette from Trader Joes to dress my salad. It was a very fresh and healthy meal. I love doughnuts far to much so this is a nice way to bring balance back to my diet.
